The company began its activity in 2005 in order to fulfill a wide spectrum of customers’ expectations in the area of reusable surgical clothing of the New Approach. By becoming a member of the European Union, Poland was obliged to implement EU directives and harmonized norms. MDD 93/42 directive and PN-EN 13795 harmonized norm eliminate traditional cotton fabric from the list of materials the use of which will meet the requirements imposed on medical devices such as clothes used at operating rooms. By employing fabrics of leading international manufacturers of textiles from Japan, Sweden, Spain and Taiwan in the manufacturing process, we are able to provide a broad offering of surgical gowns, surgical clothing and surgical drapes in Poland. A wide selection of products on offer guarantees optimal solutions for customers having various requirements regarding the clothing’s functional features.

The alternative solution to reusable barrier surgical clothing are disposable products.  In accordance with applicable provisions of law, medical units will have to choose between the two systems or implement a mixed system of using both disposable and reusable products simultaneously.  The decision will be based on the analysis of owned infrastructure and personnel qualifications at a given medical unit’s disposal. Using reusable products entails the need to use a laundry room and the need for central sterilization, whereas using disposable products will entail the use of hazardous medical waste incinerator. All these actions will constitute additional expenses which in combination with the cost of buying ready-made products should be included in surgical clothing cost analysis.
